Delivery Charges

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, our team may contact you through phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance confirmation payment of Rs. 300–500 may be required before the order is processed.

The remaining order amount will be payable in cash at the time of delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Valore Mens reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if the provided contact or delivery information cannot be verified.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided to you through your registered contact number, email, or WhatsApp, depending on courier availability.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Valore Mens is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
